Half -a- Beef

When ordering in bulk a 1/2 of beef from us is approx. 200 lbs.  of Beef. 

The 1/2's we offer take up about 8-10cu.ft of freezer space.  Most folks store it in a mid-size independent freezer so they have room for other delicious food! This isn't for the faint of heart, this is a beef order for a family that will last them a while. No worrying about shortages at the grocery store here, Nah you've got dinner covered. And, it tastes even better when you know it was raised well, fed right, and properly aged. 

What ya get? 

100lbs of Ground Beef, a mix of roasts, stew meat, korean ribs (these are so good!), cube steak or swiss steak, a skirt or flank steak and 10-12 premium steaks (T-Bone, Ribeye, or Sirloin) and two brisket. 

Total Price: approx. $1799.00 depending on ending weight of your Half. - If you are wanting a smaller half please reach out via email before placing your deposit. 

We charge $5.50/lb Hanging Weight which includes processing and your choice of standard cutting ( steak thickness, roast sizes, # of an item per package, hamburger blend or leanness, etc.)
