When ordering in bulk an 1/8th of beef from us is approx. 50 lbs.
The 1/8ths we offer take up about 1.5-2 cu.ft of freezer space. Most freezers above a refrigerator are approx 4cu. ft so an 1/8th of beef should fit in your regular refrigerator freezer easily.
What ya get?
25lbs of Ground Beef, a mix of roasts, stew meat, korean ribs (these are so good!), cube steak or swiss steak, a skirt or flank steak and 2-3 premium steaks (T-Bone, Ribeye, or Sirloin) and a brisket.
We charge $5.50/lb on the Hanging Weight of your beef. Please understand you may get slightly over or slightly under 50lbs and we will do our best to communicate to you the final weight and your total cost.
