Quarter of Beef

When ordering in bulk a 1/4 of beef from us  is approx. 100lbs.  

The 1/4's we offer take up about 3-4cu.ft of freezer space. Most freezers above a refrigerator are approx 4cu. ft so a 1/4 of beef could fit in your regular refrigerator freezer if you have nothing else in there, but MOST folks store it in a small independent freezer so they have room for other delicious food! 

What ya get? 

50lbs of Ground Beef, a mix of roasts, stew meat, korean ribs (these are so good!), cube steak or swiss steak, a skirt or flank steak and 4-5 premium steaks (T-Bone, Ribeye, or Sirloin) and two brisket. 

Total Price: approx. $869.00 depending on ending weight of your Quarter.

We charge $5.50/lb on the Hanging Weight, please understand each animal will vary and we will do our best to keep you informed.
