When ordering in bulk a whole beef from us is approx. 400-500lbs.
The Whole Beef we offer take up 18cu.ft of freezer space or more depending on size. Most folks store it in a large independent freezer so they have room for other delicious food in their refrigerator freezer! This isn't for the faint of heart, this is a beef order for a large family that will last them a while. No worrying about shortages at the grocery store here! Nah, you've got dinner covered. And, it tastes even better when you know it was raised well, fed right, and properly aged.
What ya get?
Well, Quite frankly you get it ALL! You can choose your cuts and specifications! We can assist you in going through the cut sheet if that is needed. Any specialty butchering
(premade patties, sausages, bologna, jerky, etc.) will need to be paid for in addition to a standard cut.
Total Price: approx. $3350.00 depending on ending weight of your Whole Beef.
We charge $5.50/lb on the Hanging Weight- this includes your processing cost, and you get to choose your standard cutting ( steak thickness, hamburger leanness, which cuts you want, how many cuts in each package, roast size, organ meat, etc.) We will go through your cut sheet with you in detail.
All Whole Beef orders will need to be picked up at our ranch in Powell, WY or LOCAL delivery is available for an additional fee!
NO SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE FOR A WHOLE BEEF ORDERS.
Whole Beef
All of our beef is Grain-Finished on NON-GMO grain products that are purchased locally. Our beef is dry aged for atleast 21 days for optimum flavoring. We do not feed our cattle any corn . We are confident you will be in love with what you taste when you order from us.
By clicking this item into your cart, you are paying for a DEPOSIT on a Whole beef. You are agreeing to pick up your beef from our ranch or the butcher shop in Northwest, Wyoming. We will contact you when it goes into butcher and again when it is ready for pickup. The remaining amount owed must be paid at or before pickup either in cash or with a card (invoice) .

If for any reason your beef arrived to you and you are unhappy with the purchase, you may request in writing a store credit for future orders. Once the product is shipped it is no longer cancelable or refundable.
